Ann Hillert – Soft Skills trainer and expert in personnel devel­opment in the IT environment

Ann Hillert has a degree in education and human resources management, as well as vocational training as an IT systems engineer, and has more than 25 years of profes­sional experience. As the founder of Perspek­tivwechsel Potsdam, she offers practice-oriented training and coaching as well as team devel­opment measures that are individ­ually tailored to the needs of her clients – with a particular focus on specialists and managers from IT-related indus­tries, especially software archi­tects and IT consultants.

The role of software archi­tects places particular demands on their soft skills.
